Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This Policy applies to course fees invoiced by Cloud Storagegenius after a written enrolment confirmation. This website does not take online payments.

1. Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing before course materials are released and before any live cohort session you booked begins. Cooling-off rights for consumers under United Kingdom law apply where relevant and are not limited by this Policy.

2. Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the invoice payment date, or within 7 days of material release — whichever comes first — unless a longer statutory period applies.

3. Full versus partial refunds

If less than 25% of self-paced modules have been accessed and no mentor marking has occurred, we typically issue a full refund of course fees paid. If mentor marking or live sessions have started, we may offer a partial refund proportional to unused services, minus administrative costs reasonably incurred.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom firm workshops already delivered, third-party examination fees (if any), and seat transfers completed at your request are non-refundable. Informational price quotes on the website are not invoices and create no refund obligation until payment is taken under a written confirmation.

5. Refund process

Email contact@cloud-storagegenius.digital with your invoice number, learner name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within ten working days.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfer timelines vary by institution.

7. Cancellation by Cloud Storagegenius

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled component.

8. Exceptions

We may decline refunds where materials were shared outside the licence, access credentials were abused, or fraudulent payment is suspected. Firm Cohort Licence agreements may specify different commercial terms; those written terms prevail for that contract.
